First Tietuo Machinery GLB-3000 Asphalt Mixing Plant Launched in Karshi, Uzbekistan, Supporting National Road Upgrade Program
2026-06-11
In the sun-drenched city of Karshi, Kashkadarya Region, Uzbekistan's first Tietuo Machinery asphalt mixing plant has officially commenced production. The model GLB-3000, with a capacity of 240 tons per hour, has already produced its first batch of asphalt under the guidance of Tietuo Machinery's chief service engineer. The newly built plant will serve major projects of international significance. The Uzbek government is implementing a plan aimed at improving road quality and traffic capacity. Under this plan, 300 kilometers of roads will be renovated and construction of 800 kilometers of expressways will commence in 2026.
Equipment Launch: A Breakthrough in Technology and Capacity
The Tietuo Machinery GLB-3000 asphalt mixing plant, featuring a striking yellow main structure and sophisticated multi-tier design, has become the core equipment at Karshi's road construction base. Its capacity of 240 tons per hour can efficiently meet the asphalt supply demands of large-scale road construction, providing stable material support for subsequent projects.
Tietuo Machinery's chief service engineer guided the equipment commissioning and production on site, ensuring a seamless transition from installation to operation. "The successful production of the first batch of asphalt confirms the stability and reliability of the equipment, and also lays the foundation for our services supporting Uzbekistan's road upgrade program," the engineer said.
National Strategic Project: An Accelerator for Road Upgrades
The Uzbek government is vigorously advancing the "Road Quality and Traffic Capacity Improvement Plan", which sets clear targets for 2026: renovating 300 kilometers of roads and commencing construction of 800 kilometers of expressways. This asphalt mixing plant in Karshi is precisely serving such major projects of international significance — it will provide high-quality asphalt mixtures for new road construction and renovation within the region, helping Uzbekistan build a more efficient transportation network.
The plant integrates full-process functions including material storage, mixing, and conveying. Paired with large transport vehicles, it enables rapid material transfer, significantly improving construction efficiency. During nighttime operations, the plant's lighting system ensures continuous work; during the day, it operates efficiently under sunny weather conditions, fully adapting to the local construction schedule.
Industrial Significance: A New Business Card for China-Uzbekistan Cooperation
As Uzbekistan's first Tietuo Machinery asphalt mixing plant, its launch represents not only an achievement in technology introduction but also a manifestation of deepening infrastructure cooperation between China and Uzbekistan. By exporting advanced equipment and services, Tietuo Machinery helps Uzbekistan overcome bottlenecks in road construction capacity, injecting new momentum into connectivity under the Belt and Road Initiative.
Looking ahead, as the 800-kilometer expressway project and the 300-kilometer road renovation program progress, this GLB-3000 mixing plant will continue to leverage its capacity advantages, driving the transportation upgrade of Karshi and the broader Kashkadarya Region, while providing solid support for local economic development and regional connectivity.
