China-Russia Dialogue on the Road to Recycling: TTM's 3rd RAP Technology Exchange Conference Successfully Concluded

On April 21, the 3rd RAP Technology Exchange Conference, themed "ROAD. ASPHALT. PEOPLE," was grandly held at Fujian Tietuo Machinery Co., Ltd. (TTM) in Quanzhou. The event welcomed over 70 delegates from overseas, including leaders from the Russian Highway Administration and the Russian Asphalt Association, as well as representatives of leading enterprises in road construction from Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan. Gathering in Quanzhou, they engaged in high-level, in-depth dialogue and intellectual exchange centered on RAP recycling technology and high-end manufacturing, jointly exploring the future path of green road construction. Concurrently, TTM invited renowned domestic industry experts, university professors, and leaders of leading road construction companies to share cutting-edge findings and practical experiences, further promoting cross-border technological exchange.

In the morning, TTM’s Chairman Wang Xiren and General Manager Gao Daile, accompanied by the senior and middle management team and the international marketing team, warmly welcomed the distinguished international delegation. Amidst enthusiastic applause, both sides greeted each other with handshakes and cordial wishes. Chairman Wang Xiren extended a sincere welcome to the guests and stated that TTM is always committed to promoting international exchanges and cooperation in RAP recycling technology, hoping that this conference would serve as a bridge to deepen friendship and share wisdom.

Subsequently, accompanied by TTM’s senior management and the head of the Russian marketing team, the international delegation toured TTM’s intelligent production workshop for asphalt mixing equipment. Walking through the core production lines – cutting, welding, assembly, painting – they observed the orderly operation of digital production lines and real-time data updates on 5G digital terminal dashboards, showcasing TTM’s solid capabilities in lean manufacturing and whole-process digital management. At the automatic welding station, multiple robotic welding platforms were busy welding core components of asphalt mixing equipment. The uniform welds and impressive efficiency drew admiration and photo-taking from the delegation members. Throughout the tour, the international delegates actively interacted with on-site technical staff, highly commending TTM’s technological expertise in asphalt recycling equipment and its level of intelligent manufacturing. In the afternoon, the special seminar on asphalt pavement recycling technology officially began. First, TTM General Manager Gao Daile delivered a welcome speech, expressing heartfelt gratitude to the international delegation and domestic experts. He stated: "As a single champion enterprise in China’s asphalt plant hot recycling equipment sector, TTM has always adhered to technological innovation and has obtained over 570 patents (including 84 invention patents). In the Russian market, nearly 160 units of TTM equipment are currently participating in local infrastructure construction. TTM will take this conference as an opportunity to focus on localized services and full-lifecycle cooperation in the future, promoting the global adoption of RAP recycling technology."

  • Professor Ding Zhiyong from Chang’an University delivered a special speech on "Performance Requirements of Asphalt Pavement and Factors Affecting Asphalt Mixture Quality."

  • Huang Songchang, former Deputy Chief Engineer of the Research Institute of Highway Ministry of Transport, provided an authoritative interpretation of "Key Points of Plant Hot Recycling Technology for Asphalt Pavement."

  • Professor Liu Honghai from Chang’an University gave a special speech on "Asphalt Pavement Recycling Equipment and Construction."

In the subsequent interactive Q&A session, delegation members engaged in lively and in-depth discussions with domestic experts on RAP technology topics, sparking continuous exchange of ideas. Attendees noted that the conference not only enhanced mutual understanding of respective technology systems but also laid a solid foundation for future project cooperation and technology implementation.
